Our Privacy Commitment
Yabarana collects information about you from information you affirmatively give to us or information collected when you visit any of the Yabarana Websites or use any Yabarana Services. Third parties may also collect your information in connection with your use of Yabarana Services.
Information you give to us
When you sign up for Yabarana Services, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, email address, billing address, and company name or affiliation. You can view all of the information collected during the registration process by visiting your account. You may modify or remove any of your personal information at any time by logging into your account and accessing features that will allow you to edit your profile and account Information.

Information Collected by Third Parties
Yabarana may use services that collect data remotely by using “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” or similar technologies. Such technologies can recognize certain types of information on your web browser, check whether you have viewed a particular web page or email message, and determine, among other things, the time and date on which you viewed them and the IP address of the computer from which you viewed them.
How Information is Used
Yabarana may use your personal information to:
- fulfill your specific requests for products, services or information;
- provide customer support to assist you with your questions or complaints;
- conduct surveys in order to improve our services;
- measure and improve the effectiveness of our Web Sites or our marketing endeavours;
- detect and protect against fraud and error;
- track and analyze your purchases and preferences to better understand your product and service needs and eligibility;
- tailor our online content or in-store offerings based on your preferences;
- if you ask us, to offer and promote additional products and services we offer; and
Sometimes you will be asked to give your express consent, such as by checking a box to indicate your consent to receive marketing communications, or by providing your signature to indicate your acceptance of the use and disclosure terms presented on an application form.

Withdrawing Your Consent
You may notify us at any time that you wish to withdraw or change your consent to our use and disclosure or your information. We will accommodate your request subject to legal and contractual restrictions related to your transactions. If you have "opted in" or subscribed to one of our newsletters or mailing lists, we will always provide you the opportunity to "opt out" or unsubscribe.
With whom Information is Shared
Yabarana may share as it sees fit information that you voluntarily make public, including information that you post on any blogs, message boards, chat rooms or other similar forums, whether or not such forums are owned by Yabarana.
If we have your express consent, Yabarana may share your personal information that it collects with business partners, and other third parties that are not affiliated with Yabarana. Note that if you sign up for service from one of our affiliates, we may ask for your consent to share with such third party partner certain of your personal information. While Yabarana is not responsible for the acts of such partners, we encourage all of our partners to adopt privacy policies that protect against the disclosure of personal information to third persons.
Also, in order to provide goods or services that you have requested or to complete a transaction at your request, Yabarana may share your personal information with its third party service providers, including companies that assist with payment processing, business analytics, data processing, account management, and other services. We require these companies to agree that they will only use personal information about you that they have obtained from us to provide us with specific services that we have requested and not for any other purpose.
Non-Personal information and aggregate Data
Yabarana may share with third parties your personal information and related aggregated data. Because this form of data does not identify particular users, these third parties will not be able to contact you based solely on this data.
Change of control
If Yabarana sells all or part of its business, or makes a sale or transfer of assets, or is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, Yabaraba may transfer your personal information and non-personal information to one or more third parties as part of such transaction.
How does Yabarana Protect your Information?
The security of your personal information is a high priority for Yabarana. We maintain appropriate safeguards and current security standards to protect your personal information, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. For example, electronic records are stored in secure, limited-access servers; we employ technological tools like firewalls and passwords; and we ensure our employees are trained on the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal information.
Our Web Sites use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL"), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number.
Our Web Sites have received a GeoTrust Inc. certificate to confirm that we have met with industry standard security protocols. For your online security, always verify you are on an authentic Yabarana Web Site by clicking on the GeoTrust logo located in the lower right footer of our homepage or by using the certificate validation tools provided in your Web browser.
How Can You Verify Your Information?
You may check your information to verify, update, or correct it, and to have any obsolete information removed. If you created an account on one of our Web Sites, you can access and change your online account profile yourself. You can also ask to review any of the information that we have retained, how we have used it, and to whom we have disclosed it at any time by contacting us as indicated below under the heading "Contacting Yabarana". Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, and provided we can authenticate your identity, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate. You may also ask us to change your preferences regarding how we use or disclose your information, or let us know that you do not wish to receive any further communication from us.
When is Your Information Removed?
We keep your information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and to meet any legal requirements. We have retention standards that meet these parameters. We destroy your information when it is no longer needed, or we remove your personally identifiable information to render it anonymous.
Password Policy, Encryption and Liability
When you create an online account on our Web Sites, you need to select a personal password. To maximize your level of protection, you should choose at least 8 characters including a combination of both letters and numbers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account information. Yabarana will never send an unsolicited communication asking you for your password or requesting that you update your account credentials. We don't keep clear text copies of your password so we can't recover it in event of loss; we can only reset it to a temporary access password.
As stated, your Yabarana accounts will be secured by member-created passwords, in which case reasonable precautions are taken to ensure that your account information is kept private. You are responsible for keeping your passwords confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Yabarana uses reasonable measures to protect your information stored within our databases, and we restrict access to such information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff, and encrypt information whenever possible.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Despite these efforts, please note that we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of your information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of your information at any time.
